Anna and her husband are really great! Anna responds to emails and makes the appointment very quickly. All requests are considered and carried out if possible. Everything is negotiable or can be changed until the last moment. The food was very good, we had the menu with 9 tapas (to be eaten upright with high tables), a main dish: fideuá and two desserts: Catalan cream and chocolate cake. Everyone loved it! Especially tapas and fideuá (all made by Anna and her husband live in front of the guests). Only the chocolate cake was a little too sweet, but nothing serious! Also, it was very hot that night, so people weren't very hungry, which didn't help the cake. They also took care of putting all my decoration on the tables according to my photos.

The bottom line is that everything was really good. I recommend it without problem, my whole family loved it! Do not doubt!

Almudena and couple's wedding

We got married last year, one day in July. Everything was perfect. I can't imagine a better wedding. We are quite simple, we wanted something very simple and familiar... And festive, of course. The owner of the house where we got married recommended Carpediem catering to us, she always recommends it to those who marry in her farmhouse, because she has been working with them for more than 8 years and everything has always gone wonderfully. I think the important thing on that day is not only the quality of the service, the food, etc. But also the human relationship, which is created between the people who are part of that day. Everything, absolutely everything exceeded our expectations. Ana is adorable and knows how to see people, understands what each one wants, and knows how to recommend like no one else without imposing herself, always taking care of the client's desire. And well, the super professional service, everyone super nice, the delicious food, the details are taken care of to the maximum...

With them I would marry every year.

Every dish we tried was wonderful, everything was delicious and the presentation was impeccable. Anna and Monin are a perfect tandem, in addition to pouring over the food, they helped us and advised us with their experience on various issues, and above all to thank them for helping to resolve any unforeseen and uncomfortable situation. With them, our day was better than we had imagined. Without a doubt, we recommend Carpediem and if we have another occasion we will surely repeat it with them.

We only have words of gratitude to them, and highlighting their professionalism and flexibility, but above all, their great human quality, the close and friendly treatment they gave us from the first visit, they gave us great confidence which made we could fully enjoy our day.

Amazing! Carpediem played a huge part in making our wedding perfect! From the first contact with Anna until Monin, her husband, finished packing all his equipment at the end of the banquet, they offered us flexibility, professionalism and always with a smile. The two of them and the whole Carpediem team are beautiful people and very helpful. They have taken so much stress off of us. The food was delicious, our favorites were the entrails, the foie canapes with duck ham and, of course, the bait ham with its cutter that gave the perfect touch to the event. It is worth mentioning that the wedding cake has a 100, for look and flavor. The appetizer set-up is the perfect combination of elegance and modernity, our guests have been very impressed and so have we. There is nothing more to say than thank you very much, very much!
