Amazing! Carpediem played a huge part in making our wedding perfect! From the first contact with Anna until Monin, her husband, finished packing all his equipment at the end of the banquet, they offered us flexibility, professionalism and always with a smile. The two of them and the whole Carpediem team are beautiful people and very helpful. They have taken so much stress off of us. The food was delicious, our favorites were the entrails, the foie canapes with duck ham and, of course, the bait ham with its cutter that gave the perfect touch to the event. It is worth mentioning that the wedding cake has a 100, for look and flavor. The appetizer set-up is the perfect combination of elegance and modernity, our guests have been very impressed and so have we. There is nothing more to say than thank you very much, very much!
